Grilled Egg Whites + Avocado | 2013

A lot can happen in 12 minutes. It’s enough time to make or break a job interview, have great sex, or listen to all your collections of Charlie Parker. In my 12 minutes, I started my morning with this low carb & a very heart healthy breakfast.

1 slice of soft oatmeal bread (pan-grilled.)
3 egg whites lightly seasoned with garlic powder, lemon & pepper. (no oil.)
2 Avocados and a little homestyle pimiento spread.
