8 miles down and 12 miles more to run. I’ve made a goal to log in 20 miles per week until my second half marathon in June so I must stay mentally strong and more determined than ever. My speed has improved and I’m slowly but surely reaching that high again that I’ve been lacking in my wellness. After my run today I’ve decided to bake my last piece of wild salmon copying most of the ingredients from my favorite greek restaurant (http://kafeneolb.com/). My wild salmon with red bell peppers and pineapple may nowhere near perfect just yet but rightfully succulent.
